- Understand that ByeByePool does not guarantee contractor availability, project pricing, or project outcomes
ByeByePool acts solely as a referral service. We are not a party to any agreement between homeowners and contractors. All contracts, pricing, and project decisions are made directly between homeowners and contractors.
For Contractors By applying to and participating in the ByeByePool contractor network you agree to:
- Maintain valid licensing and insurance in your state at all times
- Treat all homeowner referrals with professionalism and integrity
- Provide accurate information in your contractor application
- Understand that ByeByePool acts solely as a referral service and does not guarantee lead quality, homeowner responsiveness, or project close rates
- Acknowledge that leads are provided in good faith based on homeowner submitted information and that ByeByePool is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by homeowners
- Understand that no refunds are issued for leads where contact was made with the homeowner
- Accept that ByeByePool reserves the right to remove any contractor from the network at any time for any reason
Limitation of Liability ByeByePool is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our referral service including but not limited to project outcomes, contractor performance, homeowner decisions, or any disputes between homeowners and contractors.
Changes To These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of ByeByePool.com constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
